This is an illustrated book pulled from the raw Biblical passages telling the story of David and Goliath. All character designs, backgrounds, and illustrations are fully original.

David and Goliath is a story ripe for adaptation, with a compelling and relatable protagonist, intimidating villain, unique setting, and timeless humor.

As a child sitting through church, the only times I can remember focussing on the sermon were when stories like this one sparked my imagination. I could see the drama unfold in pictures that looked like the movies I loved so much. After years of practice, I feel I have created something that does justice to young Izak’s visions in church.

I want to tell stories in my drawings through characters that I can’t help but spill through my pen into people’s hearts, and I am very thankful to have the opportunity to do that for you with this book."
